To use in Procreate place the downloaded image "on top" by clicking the layers icon (set it as a reference, change the layer setting from normal to multiply and lock it) and add a second layer under it so you don't coloring over the lines. It makes coloring so much easier and gives more artistic freedom. You can even adjust the thickness or the color of the line art.
